Welcome to Legacy Print and Embroidery. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our website and services. We are located at: 3427 W Kingsley Rd #1, Garland, TX 75041. By accessing this website and using our services, you accept and agree to be bound in full by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Agreement to Terms and Terminology

By using the services provided by Legacy Print and Embroidery, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services, Products, and Customization

Legacy Print and Embroidery offers apparel sales and customization services. All products and services are subject to availability and may require scheduling in advance. Colors and textures may vary slightly from the images shown on screen due to monitor calibration differences. The customization service is subject to design approval by our team. We reserve the right to reject designs that infringe on copyright or contain inappropriate content.

3. Pricing and Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice. Prices are expressed in US Dollars (USD).
 
  • In-person payments: A 50% initial deposit is required upon agreement of services, unless otherwise stipulated. The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the work. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
  • Online payments: 100% payment is required upfront at the time of digital checkout. We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers (Zelle). All payments are securely processed with 256-bit SSL encryption.

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel a service at any time before work begins; we prefer that you notify us as far in advance as possible. A service cannot be canceled once work has started. If a cancellation occurs while work is in progress, the client may only recover a maximum of 65% of the gross cost of the agreed service (the client assumes a 35% cancellation fee). Cancellations must be submitted in writing via text message, email, or phone call.

5. Shipping and Deliveries

Production time for custom garments is 7 to 14 business days once the design is confirmed and approved. Shipping times vary. Legacy is not responsible for delays caused by the courier company or unforeseen circumstances. The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the client once the package is handed over to the carrier.

6. Returns and Exchanges

Non-customized products can be returned within 30 calendar days of receipt, in their original packaging and unused. Customized products are not eligible for return, except for a verifiable manufacturing defect. All sales are final; no refunds will be issued after the work is completed. The client is entirely responsible for any error or omission when confirming the final appearance of the product in the design proofs.

7. Intellectual Property and License

Unless otherwise stated, Legacy and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the website. All rights are reserved. It is strictly prohibited to republish, sell, rent, sub-license, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or redistribute material from Legacy. By submitting a design for customization, you declare that you have the necessary rights for its commercial use and exempt Legacy from any liability arising from the use of said design.

8. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

We guarantee our work to be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. No additional warranties, express or implied, are provided unless specified in writing. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude all representations, warranties, and conditions relating to our website. Legacy Print and Embroidery will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order in question.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via a notice on the website. Your continued use of the site following such modifications constitutes your acceptance.
